By using the Site or our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

• Catering and event requests, such as the occasion, event date, number of guests, your preferred NY NY Pizza location, and any notes you share. This includes requests you submit through forms on the Site and through lead forms in our Facebook and Instagram ads.

• To prepare and fulfill your orders and catering requests, and to contact you about them.

• To send you updates and offers, where you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
• To understand how the Site and our ads perform and to improve our menu, services, and marketing.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below:

• Service providers who help us run our business, such as online ordering and payment processing, catering platforms, email and text messaging providers, customer management and spreadsheet tools we use to track catering requests, website hosting, and analytics and advertising services. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Our marketing agency, which helps us manage our advertising and respond to catering requests on our behalf.
• Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of NY NY Pizza, our customers, or others.
• Business transfers, if our business or locations are sold, merged, or transferred.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

The Site and our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
